The Mass Save guys showed up today, right on time. Swapped out several dozen incandescents with free LEDs; also installed a free low-flow shower head ( ~ $600 in free hardware!) Took less than an hour. They really know what they're doing.

Just a quick note to say how well the energy audit went! Quite professional. We learned a lot. The big hit are the shower heads! The last time we tried them was probably 15 years ago. They were those little, miserable things. Might have saved energy but you couldn't get the shampoo out of your hair! These are luxurious!
